Flex-Marker™ is a flexible retroreflective identification and demarcation system designed to wrap around pipes, poles and infrastructure where highly visible safety identification is required.

Designed for mining, tunnelling, electrical, fire, construction, utilities and industrial environments, the flexible wrap-around construction creates multiple visible message faces around the infrastructure. This improves the visibility of critical safety information from different approach directions, particularly in underground and low-light environments.

Manufactured using flexible retroreflective safety material with heavy-duty welded construction, Flex-Marker™ provides a practical alternative to adhesive decals, stickers and conventional cable-tie mounted identification.

Main Advantage

Flex-Marker™ combines high-visibility reflective identification with an adjustable, reusable fastening system.

Rather than permanently attaching identification to infrastructure with adhesive decals or using multiple cable ties, Flex-Marker™ can be fitted, tightened, removed and repositioned as site requirements change.

The multi-panel wrap-around design also increases the number of viewing angles, helping operators, maintenance personnel, contractors and emergency response teams identify critical infrastructure more easily.

Custom Flex-Marker™

Custom widths and lengths are available for project-specific infrastructure and identification requirements.

Extended continuous markers can also be manufactured for larger infrastructure and pipe or cable identification applications, including custom lengths up to 10 metres.

Material & Construction

Flex-Marker™ is manufactured using flexible retroreflective safety material with heavy-duty flexible welded construction.

The wrap-around multi-panel format provides multiple visible message faces around curved pipes, poles and structural infrastructure.

An adjustable reusable fastening system allows the marker to be fitted and tightened without permanent adhesive decals or multiple cable ties. The marker can then be removed and repositioned when infrastructure, maintenance or operational requirements change.

This construction makes Flex-Marker™ particularly suitable for underground, dusty, damp and demanding environments where conventional adhesive identification may be difficult to install or maintain.
