Reflective Keep Left (Fluoro Yellow) Cone Collars | Portable Traffic Cone Safety Signs

Reflective Keep Left (Fluoro Yellow) Cone Collars

Global Safety Industries Reflective Keep Left (Fluoro Yellow) Cone Collars are portable traffic cone safety signs designed to provide highly visible directional identification for temporary traffic routes, vehicle movements and controlled access areas across roadworks, construction zones, mining operations, industrial facilities and civil infrastructure projects.

Designed to fit directly over existing compatible traffic cones, these reflective cone collars transform standard cones into highly visible temporary Keep Left directional signs featuring a distinctive fluoro yellow configuration, without requiring separate sign stands, frames or mounting hardware. The lightweight slide-over design allows traffic controllers and site crews to establish, reposition or remove directional messaging quickly as traffic routes and site conditions change.

Manufactured in Australia using high-visibility reflective materials, the cone collars provide clear daytime identification and enhanced visibility when illuminated by vehicle headlights at night. Standard configurations are available for 450mm and 700mm traffic cones, with custom sizes, branding, graphics and project-specific messaging available on request.

Main Advantage

The main advantage of the Reflective Keep Left (Fluoro Yellow) Cone Collar is its ability to transform an existing traffic cone into a highly visible temporary directional display without requiring a conventional sign stand, frame or additional deployment equipment. The Keep Left message combined with the distinctive fluoro yellow configuration provides strong visual recognition, while the simple slide-over design helps crews reduce setup time, minimise equipment requirements and reposition directional messaging as temporary traffic routes and work areas change.

Portable Traffic Cone Safety Sign System

Reflective Keep Left (Fluoro Yellow) Cone Collars provide a compact alternative to conventional temporary directional signage for suitable site applications. Instead of deploying an additional stand and sign panel, the reflective collar is positioned directly over a compatible traffic cone.

This allows existing traffic control equipment to perform an additional directional communication function while keeping deployment lightweight, portable and easy to transport. When traffic arrangements, vehicle routes or work areas change, the cone and collar can be repositioned as required.

High-Visibility Reflective Identification

The reflective Keep Left display with fluoro yellow configuration is designed to provide strong visual recognition during daytime operations while enhancing visibility when illuminated by vehicle headlights during night-time or low-light conditions.

This makes the cone collars suitable for temporary work environments where drivers, plant operators, contractors and site personnel need to quickly recognise designated left-side traffic movements, temporary vehicle routes or site-specific directional instructions.

Fast Slide-Over Traffic Cone Installation

Reflective Keep Left (Fluoro Yellow) Cone Collars are designed for quick installation over compatible traffic cones without specialist tools or permanent mounting hardware.

Crews can position the collar over the cone to establish the required temporary Keep Left directional message and relocate the complete setup when traffic arrangements or work areas change. This installation method is particularly useful for mobile crews and temporary projects where traffic control equipment may need to be deployed, relocated and packed away regularly.

Suitable Industries & Applications

Suitable for roadworks, traffic management, construction, mining and resources, civil infrastructure, utilities, government departments, local councils, industrial facilities, rail projects, airports, ports and warehousing operations where temporary directional identification is required.

Common applications include temporary traffic routes, vehicle movement areas, construction projects, mining operations, haul roads, utility maintenance works, infrastructure upgrades, contractor management, temporary work zones, site access routes, plant operating areas and project-specific directional communication.

Compact Storage & Transport

Because the directional message is supplied as a lightweight cone collar rather than a rigid sign and separate stand, multiple collars can be transported and stored in a compact space. This is particularly useful for traffic management vehicles, maintenance crews, civil contractors and mining operations carrying temporary traffic control products between work locations.

Traffic Management Use

Reflective Keep Left (Fluoro Yellow) Cone Collars are manufactured using high-visibility reflective materials for temporary directional identification, traffic management, construction, mining, industrial and utility applications.

The appropriate message, cone size, quantity, placement and deployment method should be determined according to the applicable Traffic Management Plan, Traffic Guidance Scheme, site procedures and relevant road authority requirements.

Where a specific regulatory Keep Left sign or traffic control message is required, the responsible traffic management professional should confirm that the selected product configuration and deployment method are appropriate for the intended application.
