Description
Reflective Delineation Sleeves – Stop – CL400 Class 1W | Australian Made
Global Safety Industries Stop Reflective Delineation Sleeves are Australian Made, double-sided reflective sleeves designed to combine high-visibility post and bollard delineation with a clear Stop identification message. Manufactured from CL400 Class 1W retroreflective material, the sleeves provide a large reflective identification surface for compatible posts, bollards and guide markers used around access points, internal traffic routes, controlled areas and other locations where a Stop instruction forms part of an established site-specific traffic-management or access-control system.
Each sleeve combines a CL400 Class 1W reflective outer with a reinforced PVC vinyl liner and fuse-welded construction for strength, flexibility and repeated outdoor use. The Stop message is digitally printed onto the reflective sleeve, allowing traffic or access identification and reflective delineation to be incorporated into the same flexible product.
Available in five standard sizes, the Stop Reflective Delineation Sleeve range can be configured for different post, guide marker and bollard applications. The two-sided message and reflective construction make the sleeve suitable for mining, quarrying, construction, civil and industrial environments where a designated stopping point needs to be readily identified as part of an established site traffic, vehicle-movement or access-management procedure.
Main Advantage
The Stop Reflective Delineation Sleeve combines a prominent Stop message with reflective post delineation within one product. Instead of relying on a plain post with a small reflective patch or separate identification label, the sleeve creates an extended reflective surface while displaying the Stop message directly on the compatible post or bollard.
Stop Identification
The Stop configuration is designed for locations where vehicles, mobile equipment or personnel need to identify a designated stopping point under an established site-specific traffic-management, access-control or operational procedure. The printed message provides a prominent visual instruction while the surrounding reflective surface increases the visibility of the delineated location.
This makes the sleeve suitable for mine and quarry roads, internal traffic routes, controlled entry points, construction and civil works, industrial facilities and other managed locations where a Stop instruction forms part of the site's established traffic or access-management system.

Material & Construction
The reflective outer surface is manufactured from CL400 Class 1W retroreflective material and supported by a reinforced PVC vinyl liner. Fuse-welded construction creates a flexible sleeve designed for demanding mining, construction, civil and industrial applications and repeated outdoor use.
The flexible construction allows the sleeve to fit over compatible posts and bollards rather than relying on exposed adhesive reflective tape. This creates a larger reflective area while also providing space for the printed Stop identification message.
Printed Reflective Stop Message
The Stop message is digitally printed onto the reflective sleeve, combining a clear stopping instruction and reflective visibility within one product configuration.
The double-sided configuration allows the Stop message and reflective surface to be presented from opposing viewing directions, helping the designated stopping point remain prominent where vehicles, mobile equipment or personnel may approach from different directions.

Suitable Industries & Applications
Stop Reflective Delineation Sleeves are suitable for mining, quarrying, construction, civil and heavy industrial environments where compatible posts or bollards require increased visibility together with clear identification of a designated stopping point.
Common applications include mine and quarry roads, internal traffic routes, controlled entry points, vehicle access points, intersections, haul routes, construction and civil works, industrial facilities, operational areas, vehicle-management locations, bollard identification and other locations where a Stop instruction forms part of an established site-specific traffic-management or access-control system.
CL400 Class 1W Reflective Material
The sleeve is manufactured from CL400 Class 1W retroreflective material to provide an extended reflective surface along the compatible post, bollard or guide marker. The larger reflective area helps the Stop identification point remain visually prominent where increased visibility is required.
Retroreflective material returns incident light towards its source, helping the sleeve and printed Stop message become more visible when illuminated by vehicle headlights, mobile equipment lighting or other directed lighting during low-light and nighttime operations.
Five Sizes for Different Post & Bollard Applications
The Stop Reflective Delineation Sleeve range provides five standard configurations for different support types. The 125 × 750mm sleeve is designed for Steel Flex and Star Picket Guide Posts, while the 140mm-wide configurations suit Semi-Rigid and PVC Plastic Guide Posts.
The wider 200mm configurations are suited to PU Poly Guide Posts, bollards and larger supports. The 1000mm-long configurations provide extended reflective coverage where a larger Stop identification surface is required.

Site & Public-Road Applications
A Stop Reflective Delineation Sleeve is an identification and delineation product and should not automatically be treated as a substitute for a mandatory or regulatory Stop sign, traffic sign, barrier, access control, traffic-control device or other safety measure required under a site traffic-management plan or applicable road authority requirements. The stopping location and required traffic controls should be established according to the applicable site procedures and traffic-management arrangements. Where the sleeve is proposed for a public-road, regulated traffic-management, mining or construction application, confirm the required signage, placement and project specification with the responsible site operator, traffic-management professional or relevant authority before use.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Stop Reflective Delineation Sleeve?
It is a flexible, double-sided reflective sleeve designed to fit over compatible posts, bollards and guide markers while displaying a Stop message and providing increased reflective visibility at a designated stopping point.
What is the Stop message used for?
The Stop message provides prominent identification of a designated stopping point where stopping forms part of an established site-specific traffic, vehicle-movement, access-control or operational procedure.
What reflective material is used?
The sleeve is manufactured using CL400 Class 1W retroreflective material combined with a reinforced PVC vinyl liner and fuse-welded construction.
What sizes are available?
Five standard sizes are available: 125 × 750mm, 140 × 500mm, 140 × 1000mm, 200 × 750mm and 200 × 1000mm. Custom sizes can also be manufactured for project-specific requirements.
