Horses (TC2083-3) – Multi-Message Sign

The Horses (TC2083-3) multi-message sign is a 600 × 600 millimetre traffic yellow regulatory panel designed to alert motorists to the presence of horses on or near the roadway. This sign provides a clear, enforceable advisory to reduce speed, stay vigilant, and take caution to avoid collisions with horses or riders. Manufactured to Queensland Government traffic control requirements, the panel integrates seamlessly with the state-approved multi-message frame system.

As part of Queensland’s modular multi-message system, the Horses panel can be displayed on its own or paired with complementary warnings such as “Next ___ km,” “Reduced Speed,” or “Rural Road Ahead” to form one compliant display. The approved frame supports flexible layouts, including two 600 × 600 millimetre panels above a 1200 × 300 millimetre panel, or a single 1200 × 600 millimetre panel above with the same 1200 × 300 millimetre panel beneath. This modular design allows councils, contractors, and traffic management providers to update signage quickly to suit site-specific conditions.

Produced with CL400 Class 1W reflective material in traffic yellow, the Horses panel ensures excellent visibility during daylight, nighttime, and adverse weather conditions. Its durable, weather-resistant construction fully complies with Australian traffic sign standards, providing long-term performance in rural highways, equestrian areas, and temporary traffic management zones. By clearly warning drivers of horse-related hazards, the sign improves safety for both motorists and riders and reduces collision risks.

For rural roads, equestrian crossings, and areas with frequent horse activity, the Horses (TC2083-3) sign delivers trusted compliance, high-visibility performance, and durable construction in one modular panel.
