Each sleeve measures 140 millimetres by 1000 millimetres and is manufactured from CL400 Class 1W retroreflective material. Every sleeve features a reinforced PVC vinyl liner and a fuse-welded edge that ensures strength and durability under continuous use. The Reflective Sleeve range is available in a variety of sizes to suit different post types and applications. The 125 by 750 millimetre sleeve is designed for Steel Flex and Star Picket Guide Posts. The 140 by 500 millimetre sleeve fits Semi-Rigid and PVC Plastic Guide Posts. The 140 by 1000 millimetre sleeve provides extended coverage, while the 200 by 750 and 200 by 1000 millimetre versions are ideal for PU Poly Guide Posts and T Top Bollards. Custom sizing can also be arranged to meet project-specific requirements.

These sleeves are available in red, green, blue, white, superbrite orange, and superbrite lemon. Both standard printed and custom printed options are offered, allowing for tailored messages or site identification as required. The double-sided printing ensures clear, visible communication from every direction, supporting compliance and safety across a range of applications.
